ingredients
- 1 whole chicken cut into pieces
- chopped tomatoes
- diced onions
- ginger paste
- garlic paste
- sliced green chillies
- fresh coriander chopped
- ground cumin seeds (زيرہ)
- red chilli powder
- salt

directions
- heat oil in medium sized pot.
- saute garlic.
- add tomatoes and cook until they melt a little.
- add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder and cumin powder.
- when chicken is almost cooked, add diced onions.
- cook on high heat until oil separates somewhat (بھون).
- when onions melt, turn stove to low and cover the pot for five minutes.
- garnish with green chillies, julienned ginger and freshly chopped coriander.
- serve hot with white rice or bread (نان).

- spaghetti -1 packet
- boneless cubed chicken -1/2 lb
- plain flour -4 tbsp
- milk
- cooking oil -4 tbsp
- chopped ginger
- chopped garlic
- green chillies- 1 or 2
- green bell peppers -1 large
- cream -4 tbsp
- chicken stock cubes -2
- freshly ground black pepper
- salt
- oregano
- love
directions
- heat oil in skillet on medium heat.
- add flour and stir until it changes color.
- take it off the stove and stir in milk until it makes a paste like consistency.
- put the skillet back on the stove.
- add the chicken.
- add the chicken stock.
- add oregano, ginger, garlic, bell peppers, chillies and salt and pepper to taste.
- when chicken is done, add the cream.
- mix with the cooked spaghetti in a large pot and serve hot.
